The Education Trust Fund - Technology Enabled Learning (ETF-TEL) Project is aimed at using technology to increase teaching and learning abilities among Junior Secondary School Students in Nigeria. The intended deployment of technology infrastructure will create a computer based learning environment in the targeted schools. This will be underscored by innovation, access to learning and teaching resources, socio-cultural changes and accurately measured learning and teaching performance.
Technology enabled learning is an inevitable paradigm shift to a learning environment underscored by information and communication technology tools, protocols, infrastructure and digital content.
The project involves delivering and installing Fifty-five (55) Intel Classmate PCs and five (5) Laptops to three(3) Schools in eighteen States, plus FCT. The project is to be Funded by the Education Trust Fund, Implemented by Technology Support Centre (TSC), on behalf of INTEL Corporation of USA; under the supervision and management by Global Media Limited.
